A word from Paula – “the boss”

Hello. I’m Paula Foote. My husband Paul and I offer owners of German cars – and now Volvos – a genuine alternative to the often over-priced service they receive from main dealers.

Paul’s the mechanical one. I handle ‘front of house’, from greeting you when you arrive to handling all the paperwork.

My particular interest is in taking the mystery out of car servicing and repair for our female customers. You’ll find no off-hand dismissals just because you’re a woman. The guys in the workshop will treat you just the same as they treat me. With honesty, courtesy and respect. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
